A recent experience with Mint.com's Online Chat "Help" Service...

12:12:10 a.m. - You can follow the steps below to trigger the account deletion:

- Login to your Mint.com account.
- Click the Settings link at the top of the page.
- Click Sign In & Security on the left pane
- Scroll to the very bottom of the Settings tab and click the link that says "Delete Your Mint Account".
- Click YES, delete my Mint Account.
- Type your password to confirm, and then click Finish.
- The confirmation box will appear stating that your account has been deleted and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly. Click OK.

12:17:07 a.m. - I've trigger a reset password kindly use that to update your credentials. Once your done kindly try to log in again using your complete email address.
12:18:11 a.m. - Please make sure to use the right credentials. Kindly use lower case/small letters for your email.
